My name is Nathan Sheppard, and I’m the owner, operator and technician. After serving as a Damage Controlman in the U.S. Navy, a firefighter with the Durham Fire Department, and a Deputy with the Wake County Sheriff's Office, I built this company to serve my community in a new way — helping homeowners and businesses maintain clean, safe, beautiful properties.

We recently changed our name from K & N Services, LLC to 9-1-1 Pressure Washing Co. to better reflect that mission. “Nine-One-One” isn’t just a catchy name — it’s rooted in my life’s work and a reflection of how seriously we take our service.
